Chris Dooley

Chief Executive Officer - DooleyMack Constructors of Georgia

Chris began his career in construction after earning a bachelor’s degree in Building Science from Auburn University. Upon graduation he was employed by The Warren Company and Batten and Shaw, Inc., gaining experience in medical construction, renovating hospitals, ER’s, ICU’s and operating rooms, as well as assisted living facilities and various retail work.

After moving to Atlanta in 1998 he joined the DooleyMack team as a project manager and a principal partner. During his years as project manager and senior project manager for the company he has completed multiple jobs all over the country in the retail and restaurant sectors including ground up construction and extensive renovations. Chris currently serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. He enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with his wife and son. He is on the executive board of the Northeast Georgia Council for Boy Scouts and a member of the Rotary Club of Gwinnett.

Timothy R. Sterritt

President - DooleyMack Constructors of Georgia

Tim began his career in construction after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in 1985.  Upon graduation he was employed by Gilco Construction in Alexandria, Louisiana, where he served as a Superintendent/Project Manager.  In 1989 he moved to Atlanta and joined Pinkerton & Laws, Inc., as an Estimator and soon was promoted to Project Manager.

In 1997 he joined the DooleyMack team as a Project Manager.  His projects have included grocery anchored centers, schools, auto dealerships, restaurants, big box retail, office/warehouse and various other retail type projects.  In 2001 he was promoted to Senior Vice President and became a DooleyMack principal partner in 2003.  He currently serves as President of the Georgia Office.  He enjoys the outdoors, playing golf and spending time on the lake.  He is married with four grown children and is a grandfather.

John O. Ross, Jr.

President - DooleyMack Constructors of South Carolina

John is Member and President of DooleyMack Constructors of South Carolina, LLC. He acquired a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The University of Georgia in 2001. Upon graduation, he joined Dooley & Mack Constructors of Georgia, Inc. of Buford, Georgia, where he served as a Project Manager.

In 2008 he moved to Charleston, South Carolina to form DooleyMack Constructors of South Carolina, LLC, a new regional office of DooleyMack. John has extensive experience managing a range of construction project types, from small, medium and large box tenant upfits and remodels to large ground up commercial buildings. He has completed projects for Wal-Mart, Ross Dress for Less, Tractor Supply, Wachovia, 99 Cent Only, Dollar General, Sam’s Club, Starbucks, Advance Auto, CareNow Urgent Care and more. Mr. Ross is also a Past Council Member for the Associated Builders and Contractors – Lowcountry Chapter.  John enjoys competitive sailing in the Charleston Harbor, spending time with family on the beach, and taking in all that the SC Lowcountry has to offer.

Jeff Boyer

Vice President - DooleyMack Constructors of South Carolina

Jeff is a member and Vice President of DooleyMack Constructors of South Carolina, LLC. He graduated from East Tennessee State University as an undergraduate and attended Wilkes University’s MBA program. His background in education includes both management and finance. He is a veteran, serving in the United States Navy within fleet logistics squadron.

Jeff joined DooleyMack in 2015 as a project manager and later transitioned into role of a senior project manager before becoming a partner in 2020. Jeff’s 20+ years of experience includes many successful projects in retail, automotive/dealership, commercial, and light industrial sectors. Jeff enjoys golfing and is an avid runner, having participated in several marathons.
