DooleyMack offers pre-construction services such as plan review, value engineering, design, establishment of construction budgets and schedules. This enables us to partner with the client early on to ensure we meet their goals.
Turnkey Services
DooleyMack performs site development and vertical construction for all types of commercial projects including banks, strip centers, grocery, big box retail, office, and warehouse/light industrial.
Special Projects / Rollout Program Management
DooleyMack has established a special projects division that handles small interior buildouts, and specialty rollout programs. These projects usually have a limited scope of work over multiple locations such as bathroom remodels, pharmacy remodels, cooler/freezer additions, new signage, re-branding, and upgrades to meet ADA requirements.
Design Build
Through our working relationships with various architects and engineers, we are able to assist the client from the design phase through construction and final completion.
Commercial Renovations
Renovations include everything from full store remodels to tenant conversions. Project sizes range from 1,000 – 200,000 sf. Our experienced team has a special sensitivity to projects during which the tenant occupies the space and continues with normal business operations during the course of the project.
